Personal Training

Receive coaching and programming tailored to you and your needs.  Each session is tailored to your goals and fitness level.  I focus on functional fitness which will help with every day tasks making you move through each day with more ease, more energy, less stress, better sleep, and overall health improvement.  Your session will include cardio, body weight, weights, and yoga to maximize your session with me.

Online Sessions are available as well! Same price and completed via WhatsApp.

Yoga

Wags and Weights yoga classes are designed to offer you mobility, better sleep, reduce stress, prevent the need for medications, move well, decrease chronic pain, loose weight, live an amazing life, and offer you a place of peace.  Whether you are an absolute beginner or more experienced student, I offer accessible classes that are challenging, healthy, and fun!  I provide quality instruction in movement by walking my talk, and  believe in authentic connections, growing together, having integrity so that we rise by lifting each other. 
My motto – your energy is currency.  Spend it well and invest it wisely.
